Homepage Search Product Checkout

Less friction, more vacations

Working with Priceline, we optimized and refreshed their Cruise Product homepage. Armed with page click data, heatmaps, and Priceline's latest brand guide, we set out to modernize the travel shopping experience starting at the top.

Further down the funnel, we realized that we had a significant opportunity to increase the rate of visitor conversion from the search results page, through the product details page, and finally into the multi-step checkout flow.

Working with Priceline was a fantastic experience as we consecutively achieved our business goals of driving more interest and traffic from the homepage through the shopping funnel and ultimately increasing sales!

The real benefits were realized after the conclusion of the shopping-checkout flow work. We templatized and rolled out the new design across all the WTH web properties, with a substantial positive impact on all lines of business.
